In March 2019, I accepted an internal job move within the Barlows Fire & Security department to work as Logistics Co-Ordinator, a role which I currently still hold. Upon accepting the role I had to work to deadlines and budgets to implement a new stores system for the department, which I am now responsible for running. This includes the purchasing of all products for the department from multiple suppliers, as well as ensuring parts are available for engineers working nationwide. I am also responsible for managing the departments fleet of 35 vans, as well as the organization and implementation of engineer on call rotas among other tasks.

In January 2013 I accepted an internal job move at Barlows to work as compliance manager for the Fire & Security department. During that time I was responsible for conducting internal Quality Management audits and reporting back to my senior contracts manager. I was also responsible for ensuring compliance was in place for when the company was audited by external regulatory bodies (NSI & BAFE). My biggest achievement during this time was working on a project to oversee the companies implementation of the new BS EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which involved me writing a new Quality Management System for the company and implementing relevant policy and procedure to meet the new regulations.

In August 2012 I joined Barlows UK Ltd as an office administrator. During this time I was responsible for many general office administration roles, but mainly the receiving job enquiries from customers and following the process to the point of the job being deployed for an engineer to attend. During this time I also completed a number of Business Administration NVQ Qualifications.
