Manage the day to day operation associated with the Network Operations Center (NOC). Responsible for managing and applying processes in the aim of 100% network and services availability. Customer facing role to take escalations for network and corporate customer concerns. Managing workload and morale in conjunction with Network Engineering team and Managers. Responsible for providing KPIs for the team and providing appropriate performance measurements to ensure the company delivers its SLAs.
