Manage Staff Services team which is primarily responsible for time and attendance for all staff that works in the Madison Square Garden Arena. The team schedules staff and process payroll for various administrative and union employees.

• Monitor surveillance cameras throughout the arena and evaluate footage for investigations requested by all departments.
• Created existing surveillance layouts and alert systems that are used to optimize coverage during individual events.
• Administer the company’s access control systems, including creating ID badges, creating/managing clearances, elevator control, and the locking/unlocking of the doors in the MSG Arena, Team Training Center, and both.
• Process and manage payrolls on a daily basis, using PeopleSoft and INFOR programs.
• Schedule building security guards and making necessary adjustments to meet the building requirements for any given event.

• Assisted Event Operations management with event-driven tasks.
• Coordinated communications between the event manager, supervisors, event staff, and other departments through radio and phone calls throughout each event.
• Assisted with security functions related to ID operations, access control, and surveillance.
• Daily administrative office tasks which include, but not limited to, answering phone calls, filing reports, printing event notes for distribution, event budgets, scheduling event staff, and creating the event staff.
• Maintained close interaction with the Building Operations managers, Production Managers, and other Facilities staff during all sport and entertainment events.

Florham Park NJ / East Rutherford NJ

• Set up and worked pre-game, mid-game, and post-game operations at Metlife Stadium
• Worked with peers to accomplish tasks for sponsored events held at Metlife Stadium and the Jets training facility in Florham Park.
• Provided quality guest experience and assist any guest with any questions or concerns.
