I have held stand alone HR roles and have also worked as an HR Consultant with varying client bases across different sectors for many years.I also have work experience in retail operations management roles which taught me about how businesses operate and helped me to understand the need to provide commercially focussed HR advice.I have a passion for helping organisations add value by increasing their people management skills and staff engagement.
