Leading teams and effective troubleshooting, problem solving, and operating various units within the refinery.Rob was actively involved in the Town of Mounds by serving as a Trustee and Treasurer. He has also volunteered on several committees that support local events and businesses. The Ford family have been faithful members of the First Baptist Church Mounds since 2008 where they have participated in various ministry opportunities serving all age groups. The Republican Party has given Rob many opportunities to lead and network in various roles such as volunteering time, talent and donations to campaign for candidates, work at events and coordinate conventions. He traveled to the 2016 Republican National Convention as an alternate delegate.
