Fielded customer service inquires, product inquires, tracked orders, worked with shipping to expedite UPS small parcels, added tracking information to orders.

Monitor up to 25 websites to obtain and track new orders. Retailers include: Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Amazon, and Wayfair among others. Prepare and update inventory control lists per site. Process up to 500 orders and invoices during peak promotions. Review and enter purchase orders in QuickBooks for order picking at offsite warehouse. Provide administrative support to two sales representatives and assist accounting as needed. Process tradeshow orders from 6 national tradeshows per year. Respond to customer service inquiries and field up to 20 calls/day.  During natural disasters, such as Hurricane Sandy, company sold 800 generators per day.  Completed on-the-job QuickBooks training.  Promoted from contract employee to direct hire.
