I am a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Clinical Science (Occupational Therapy) and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia. I am a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator / Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator (Roy Matheson and Associates: certification number: 900722). I am a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Health and Fitness).I am a consultant occupational therapist for Re:Function Health Group Inc. (formerly Back in Motion Functional Assessments Inc.) This practice encompasses performing work/functional capacity evaluations, cost of future care analysis, job demands and ergonomic risk factor analysis, and providing return to work support for adults with various neurological, mental health and/or physical injuries/impairments. I have worked as an occupational therapist in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 2000, case-managing, performing functional assessments, determining care requirements, designing and prescribing treatment activities and graduated return to work programs, performing job demands analyses and ergonomic analyses, delivering on-site job coaching and ergonomic education, and prescribing equipment.I completed a Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program (Roy Matheson and Associates) on two occasions (2006 and 2001). I completed an Advanced Functional Capacity Evaluation Program (Roy Matheson and Associates) in 2011. I completed a Cognitive Functional Capacity Evaluation Program (Roy Matheson and Associates) in 2013. I have also completed an Ergonomic Evaluation Program (Roy Matheson and Associates), a Work Hardening and Work Conditioning Program (Roy Matheson and Associates), and a Life Care Planning Program (Roy Matheson and Associates).

This practice encompassed coordinating and providing occupational rehabilitation, performing functional capacity evaluations, performing job demands and ergonomic risk factor analysis, and providing return to work support for adults with various neurological, mental health and/or physical injuries/impairments, including chronic pain, as part of an interdisciplinary team.
