Re: Function performs comprehensive functional testing of individuals with medical impairments and combines these results with task analysis of specific job demands or activities of daily living to determine whether an individual possesses the capacity to meet the demands of their work and lifestyle. Where we can, our clinicians provide recommendations to assist clients to optimize their function and meet the demands of their lives. When functional capacity cannot meet such demands we provide recommendations for equipment, treatment, replacement services or opinions regarding alternate work.
Our Re:Function Community Rehab team can assist disabled clients with equipment and care giving needs upon their discharge home from hospital. We also assist with elder care assessments, examining changing needs for care giver assistance or equipment. Further, we can perform equipment needs assessments and provide equipment justification letters for third party insurance funding requirements.
Our clinicians have experience and skills to assist clients with pre-vocational reconditioning programs. We can either do this in our clinics or set up community based assistance using close to home community fitness facilities.
In our Re:Function physiotherapy clinic, our team of dedicated Physiotherapists will work with clients on a customized treatment plan so that clients can get back to enjoying life and the activities they love. We offer 1:1 treatment sessions for 30 minute durations. Our spacious gym and equipment are available for clients to perform their individualized prescription exercise routine.
