A dependable arts manager with 15 years experience, I have successfully run a wide range of music and arts projects, from planning and funding applications to delivery.Currently working as Development Director (3 days per week) for music and arts charity Readipop. I am running a £40,000 project, where I successfully applied for funding (via Heritage Lottery Fund), planned and budgeted the project, recruited the team and am now overseeing its delivery. Additionally I manage several smaller projects for Readipop (£500 - £15,000) and coordinate more than 20 people between employees and volunteers.I also work freelance as music educator and session musician, running a Rock School for Oxfordshire Youth Arts Partnership, Band and Music Tech session for SoCo and community ukulele band, The Small Strings who perform all over SE England. I have maintained an active involvement in the music industry through performing, recording and touring (nationally and internationally).
