Starting as Operations Manager and getting promoted in December 2015. Working for a small but very busy music charity. Over the last five years Readipop has been in a period of consistent growth, with turnover increasing from £78,000 to just under £250,000. Alongside the Creative Director I have supported this growth, through funding bids, operational & project management, and taking projects from planning to delivery.I am currently managing one large scale project and several medium scale projects as well as planning and supporting the delivery of Readipop's regular community bands and workshops. On each of these projects I'm responsible for; writing (or supporting) funding bids, budgeting, staff recruitment & training, planning, ensuring targets are met, problem solving, and reporting to fundraisers.In addition for Readipop I run several events (budgeting, planning, booking artists and stage management), I look after the induction and training of new staff members, write reports and evaluations, and implement evaluative and data collection procedures.
