In my current role as a Printing Account Handler within our Point of Sales and Packaging Team, I am responsible for looking after jobs from enquiry, to dispatch. This will include estimating, liaising with clients about art-working, booking on orders and overseeing production. Due to the nature of Point of Sales and Packaging, I have to speak to a wide range of customers, from blue-chip clients, to end users. Some have a sound understanding of products, procedures and what they want, whilst others need a lot of guidance.I'm highly experienced in Customer Services and pride myself on an ability to look after my clients

Whilst working for Vodafone as a Customer Services Advisor I spent most of my day helping customers with in-depth queries, payments, and technical difficulties. In my time with Vodafone, I worked within the coaching team as a Development coach. Part of this roll meant I assisted advisors with call quality, call handling times and system training. I enjoyed the challenge of speaking to the whole department, and learning new skills to develop myself, as well as advisors.In my last year at Vodafone, I was working within the Technical Support team where I was responsible for the assistance of customers with more complex devices such as Blackberries, PDA's and USB modems.Due to my extensive time with Vodafone I have developed myself through the following challenges:- Giving excellent customer service, whilst offering different products to suit customer's needs.- Dealing with my Team Leader's escalated customer calls, and acting as a stand in Team Leader.- Help with technical issues relating to handsets, data cards, and network issues.- Excellent communication skills- Good all round computer and time management skills- The ability to adapt to a fast moving and ever changing environment.
