Responsible for the delivery of the Master Data Management and Ordering & Replenishment transformation program into Waitrose, and ensuring the business is prepared for the changes to ways of working and processes resulting from this.

Responsible for driving all change and transformation initiatives within the Merchandising directorate to deliver greater capability, efficiency and effectiveness across the end to end supply chain in the short, medium and long term.

Responsible for the performance of a team of sixty employees including five managers, and all aspects of forecasting, ordering and supplier management of Fresh Foods and Seasonal Unique stock, holding the supply base to account for producing and delivering the required volumes into the network.

Led a team of fifteen highly skilled forecasting analysts and managers, accountable for the daily forecast accuracy of approximately 25,000 lines in 338 Waitrose branches. Responsible for the accurate forecast modelling of all national and local events.

Responsible for setting up all ordering systems for new branches, working with new store managers to deliver the earliest possible profit returns to the business.
