I’ve worked with creative organisations and partners throughout my career and know that the most important asset for creative people is time. Time to be creative, time to make things happen, time to unlock the real potential of new ideas. My mission is to unlock the potential of creative organisations, allowing them to thrive and focus energy on their mission, skills and passions. I believe that creativity is an essential part of the human condition, and creative organisations are vital to the wellbeing of society and the economy. Running a small, creative business requires a huge range of skills, lots of time and passion. I support creative organisations in the way they need at the right time. Whether it’s developing a business plan to ensure the sustainability of your enterprise, writing funding applications to allow you to achieve your goals, or managing your projects and events to make things happen, my goal is to help you get things done. Here's a snapshot of what I could do to support your creative organisation.~Strategic business planning – I work in partnership with the client to understand their goals and produce a plan designed to realise their aspirations~Funding applications – I identify funding opportunities and develop applications for clients, for both project and core funding~Risk/SWOT Analysis – I identify the strengths and weaknesses of the clients’ business and develop plans to mitigate risks, making organisations more sustainable~Budget Management – I put together realistic and robust budgets for clients, as well as cashflow predictions to identify points of risk and SMART budget targets ~Project/Event Planning and Management – I develop critical path and project/event plans which further the aims and objectives of creative businesses, and use my project and event management skills to deliver events on time and on budget~Audience Development – I take a holistic approach to the creation of plans focussed on the development of existing and new audiences and customer basesM. 07813 601731E. robert_guest1982@yahoo.co.uk
