As a longtime Facility Director, I was constantly reminded with each project or challenge, that I had nowhere to go for help, support, or guidance & was on my own to find the best fix.In 2016, I created Facility Solutions Management & Consulting to help other Facility Directors address this problem. It has since morphed into the Facility Administrators Solutions Teams or FAST. FAST is designed to offer peer to peer education, support, and networking via regional FAST meetings. With each FAST meeting, we bring in corporate partners to provide an education piece for just about any area that could be covered under the Facility Management blanket. Facility Directors that attend have the opportunity to listen in on the education and close out the meetings with Q/A and open forum discussions with their peers for best practice sharing and collaboration.
