Rob is a nationally certified planner and a certified public manager with over 30 years of government and private sector experience and has led important regional and statewide redevelopment initiatives. He has extensive experience guiding cities and counties through strategic budgeting processes, enhancing AAA credit ratings, overseeing SPLOSTs programs and implementing and overhauling economic development incentives processes. In guiding the affairs of BH3, LLC over the last several years, Rob will provide private sector clients with services such as due diligence, feasibility analysis, entitlement assistance, enforcement solutions and expert witnessing. Rob will also assist government sector clients with a wide variety of planning and development projects including grant writing and funding initiatives, bond issuance and property purchases, city and county management, ordinance development, public/private partnerships, master planning, plan review and community improvement district formation and management.Rob loves to get outside to play golf, visit new places in a new RV and watch sporting events; particularly football.
