Identified and implemented a process improvement for all campuses to scan images in the expense module prior to submitting to the UPST electronic workflow pre-pay audit step. This reduced manual document storage and increased the T&E cycle time. Developed and proposed a risk-based T&E audit process for all University reports. The process was approved by the University Controller’s Group and is in the IT design phase. This will reduce expense cycle time and increase the capacity of the T&E group while still actively reviewing items both pre and post pay audit. In addition to T&E I supported the A/P group with E-invoicing, match exceptions, process improvements and 1099 processing. Show less
