Leading and driving the delivery of business-critical information to over 50,000 employees. I co-ordinate multiple concurrent Analytics and Business Intelligence projects, using a combination of on premise and cloud technologies, to deliver the information required to users ranging from the executive to researchers and statisticians to teachers.

Responsible for delivery of 2 year roadmap for the delivery of Business Intelligence to staff across the department. This includes activities such as:- Frequent C-level stakeholder management- Working will all levels of the organisation to ensure the projects are delivered successfully- Supplier selection and supplier management- Working with team members to ensure all aspects of the project run as smoothly as possible- Liaising with external organisations to ensure the departments commitments and objectives are met- Maintaining a vision of the end state solution, driving the core activities to achieving it.
