Since qualifying as an accountant, Rob has held a wide range of senior finance roles within plc, private equity backed and private companies. He joined newly founded VSG in 2001 and along with his 3 fellow directors grew VSG into the 4th largest security company in the UK, with 6,500 employees before successfully selling to Compass Group in 2010. Since leaving Compass in 2013, Rob has been involved in various businesses as an advisor, director and/or investor.
