Leading the Technology Delivery aspects for CDS Post Trade Modernization project that will move CDS and its clients onto a modernized clearing platform. CDS runs systemically critical infrastructure for clearing and settlements of Canada's capital market products. Responsible for understanding the overarching Clearing business model as well intricacies and nuances of CDS clearing business areas. Lead all aspect of technical delivery for our Clearing business by ensuring technology solutions effectively illustrate the value of the need, from cost/benefits to technology foundation and align with the organization’s strategic goals. As HTD for TMX groups CDS client, I am responsible for all aspect of CDS IT services provisions.

Lead a team of 50+ IT staff responsible for the delivery and upkeep of IT Operations, Data Centre Management and Disaster recovery Planning in support of The Canadian Capital Markets services for TMX Group. Equity & Derivative Trading, Co-location Services, Clearing and Corporate IT Services comprised the majority of business services supported included CDS, TSX, MX and Datalinx.

Managed the Day-to-Day delivery of TMX IT Operations in support of TMX Equity & Derivative Markets as well as Corporate IT Services.

Provide Managed Services Solutions for TSX Technologies division. Responsible for the delivery model, and supporting cost model development to support TSX Technology Managed Service offerings. Executed sales and pre-sales functions for Managed Services opportunities.
