Provided 2nd and 3rd line IT support across 14 sites in London and surrounding counties. I managed the group helpdesk, resolving support tickets through remote and onsite assistance, whilst identifying and escalating recurring issues to the Director of IT for the implementation group-wide improvements. I deployed and maintained devices across multiple platforms, managed school MIS systems migration, Office 365 tenancies from initial setup to management, VOIP phone systems, active directory / adsync, as well as conriguring MDM for various devices. I supported AV equipment, set up and introduced new technology, secured contracts for broadband and printing, and conducted IT audits for newly acquired schools, providing recommendations for improvements.

Barnes, London

Provided 1st and 2nd line support for 600 desktop computers running Windows 10 and macOS, managed active directory and the Office 365 tenancy, whilst resolving software and hardware Helpdesk tickets. I managed audio visual setups for events with 600+ attendees, completing 1,800 setups in total. I oversaw maintenance for 130 projectors whilst leading the transition to DLP projectors and the early stages of introducing interactive panels. I frequently collaborated with the estates team and contractors on classroom / event space installations and conducted regular staff training on new AV technology.

- My primary role during my temporary summer job at St. Paul's was to PAT test all portable classroom and office electronic devices including all IT related equipment using Seaward hardware to perform testing.- Outside of PAT testing I reported to the Estates Manager, assisting electricians, plumbers and carpenters with incoming helpdesks

- Studied for 3 years with the Royal Parks to achieve a level 3 diploma in horticulture.-I worked full time in different sectors of Richmond park performing general maintenance of allaspects of park land and formal gardens.-During my first year I achieved the apprentice of the year award and was fortunate enough tomeet the queen during a royal introduction to the Royal Parks Apprentices.- During my second year I was given the opportunity to digitalise the Isabella plantation collection which led me to obtain an extensive portfolio of plant photography.- In my third year, I studied park management, and landscape design.
