Analytical Chemist with over 20 years experience working for BNFL & Westinghouse in the Chemical & Metallurgical Services facilty at the Springfields site, a UKAS accredited nuclear quality assurance laboratory working to the ISO 17025 quality standard.Since the outset of my career as an apprentice I have become highly skilled in Analytical Chemistry, Method Development, Nuclear Chemistry, Process Control, Process Improvement, Auditing, Data Analysis & Product certification.My current role is as Mass Spectrometry Laboratory Manager with responsibility for isotopic analysis utilising the facilities ICP-MC-MS & TIMS instruments, key site assets, along a team of highly trained staff. Along with my team we consistently deliver to tight production deadlines whilst maintaining our primary focus on safety and quality.
