Rob Klatt grew up in Bozeman, MT and attended school there including college at Montana State University, the fighting Bobcats. After graduating in land use planning Rob got a job with the City of Bozeman and then Gallatin County as the county planner. That time was spent reviewing developments and creating zoning districts and regulations, including those for Hebgen Lake and the Town of West Yellowstone. Rob left in 1979 and moved to West Yellowstone when Bozeman seemed to be too big. Working initially in property management Rob got a real estate license in 1980 and then a broker’s license, working for and then owning The Real Estate Agency in West Yellowstone until 2015. Rob recently affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties in the fall of 2015. Rob’s primary objective is being open and honest with clients and using his extensive knowledge of the area to help them find their spot here in Yellowstone Country. He has 34 years of experience in the real estate business in West Yellowstone. When not working he can be found bowhunting, fishing, hiking, camping, snowshoeing and just generally doing anything outdoors.
