A multi award winning craft distillery based on The Isle of Anglesey off the North West Wales Coast. Started in 2018 offering a range of craft Gins using as many local botanicals as possible. In 2021 we launched the Anglesey Rum Co range of rums made from pure cane molasses on site at our distillery.

During my time as National Service Control Team Leader I have set up a team that assist our field engineering department in making sure that Service level agreements are met for our customers. I have also fully documented the role and trained all documents into the team to ensure consistency in the day to day operation of the team.

Managing escalations from Internal and external customers and ensuring that all customers SLA's were met. I was also responsible for running shifts and leading separate teams to ensure all goals were achieved.

National Service Control managed field engineers - I was responsible for mainly the London area where I made sure Engineers attended calls in line with the SLA requirements, assisted with sourcing parts and any other other assistance the engineers required. Whilst an NSC Controller I was involved in developing and writing many of the process documents.

I set up ReaL Fun Casino as a venture to offer Fun Casino services in the North Wales area. We offer a realistic Casino experience at all types of events from Weddings to Charity fund raising nights. Particular emphasis has been put on our equipment being authentic ex Casino and we only use Casino trained Croupiers for our events.

I started as a Casino Dealer & Cashier and was responsible for dealing Casino games to the passengers whilst entertaining them at the same time. As Cashier I was responsible for cashing out customers chips and being in charge of my own float ensuring that all cash was balanced at the end of each shift. I was put into the Head Cashier role on my second contract where I had overall responsibility for the Casinos finances.
