After another internal promotion, I am happy to be overseeing the Optivo contract covering the East Sussex area. Mobilisation is well underway as is the undertaking and clearing of legacy orders. An exciting challenge and one I will look to use my experience of the Optivo Kent contract, that I have spent the last 12 years making a successful KPI driven contract both as an SOR contract and open book too.

Moving from a more site based role to a commercial role saw me take control of the contracts financial responsibilities, ensuring compliance with variations and correct accounting of jobs. Managing budget and spend and reviewing each order individually to ensure correct coding and material purchase allocation.
