• Strategically analyze and manage facility financials by tracking daily revenues and expenses in accordance with month to date projections.• Leverage analytical skills and root cause analysis to formulate and implement solutions to Administrative, Financial & Operational challenges.• Utilize facility and operational knowledge to both sell club memberships and reach membership capacity.• Manage the overall member experience employing strong attention to detail by facilitating events, creating facility standards and utilizing member and staff feedback.

• Assist GM with Club Operations to include: Membership Sales, Facility Scheduling, Defining and Upholding Employee & Facility Standards.• Responsible for overseeing facility staff to ensure highest level of member service• Drive revenues by facilitating both member and non-member golf events• Accountable for managing and collecting Club Accounts Receivable.

• Accountable for managing relationships with 3PL Partners and Store Managers to ensure on time deliveries and delivery completeness for both on and off cycle routes.• Research & Supervise operations to employ facility continuous improvement plan• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising thirty-two colleagues while providing a safe and productive work environment.• Responsible for day-to-day Shipping Operations that cover a 250,000 sq. ft, Area of Responsibility

• Supported Senior Officers with Facilitation of Short & Long Term, Unit Planning, Set-up & Operations both in Garrison and Deployment.• Chosen for tact and professionalism above 800+ peers to serve as Battalion Color Bearer for all Battalion & Brigade Military Functions.• Personal Assistant to Battalion Commander & Command Sergeant Major• Transmitted and received pertinent logistical battlefield data, continually briefed Command Team with conditions of rapidly changing battlefield during training and deployment.• Deployed to Camp Buehring, Kuwait in Support of Operation Spartan Shield & forward deployed to Amman, Jordan in Support of Operation Eager Lion.
