Rob Larkin is AECOM Environment’s US Lead for the GHG & Climate Mitigation practice. As such, Rob leads teams in projects to assess Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions, develop appropriate reduction targets, and evaluate strategies to help achieve those targets.Rob Larkin has a wide range of experience in environmental management and sustainability planning, with a focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) assessment, climate change mitigation strategy development, carbon markets, and integrated sustainable solutions. His client support spans multiple sectors including transportation, energy, commercial development, public education, agriculture aviation, military, and government agencies. As a member of AECOM's Global ESG Council, Rob is one of the company's leaders in advancing sustainability initiatives.Rob has led or supported projects to meet the standards of programs such as United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB), GHG reporting, CARB Cap-and-Trade, and CARB transportation-related GHG reduction incentive programs.Some of Rob’s key strengths include sourcing, compiling and evaluating key data; managing projects through to successful completion; and using his strong writing and editing skills to produce documents for clients, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
