I collaborate with the Controls Engineering team, Program Management, and Manufacturing on robotic load tooling from project conception to final customer acceptance. Each project includes client specification and application review and comprehensive background work to secure the necessary mechanical engineering approvals and design. I consistently execute team leadership and workflow oversight for multiple projects with measurable budgetary and timeline gains.

In this role, I engineered and designed a complex power train assembly system with common base architecture to customize production stations. Support for this large-scale project required vendor management, budget oversight, and staff leadership to fully automate a standardized platform that enabled modular equipment lines. Our notable clients included: Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, John Deere, and ZF.

I designed a wheel alignment and Roll Test system with detailed designs or drawings based on customer specifications. I manipulated engineering plans to facilitate customer approval meetings, wrote mechanical content of proposals, released material for the build, and supported the manufacturing staff. In this position, I managed multiple projects simultaneously with team supervision, budgetary oversight, and timeline motivation.
