Managing data related products and processes and working to increase the maturity of the Data Management practice of the Organisation, measured against the Data Maturity Model (DMM) produced by the CMMI.I'm an expert in all elements of Data Management, and am currently leading initiatives with respect to Data Quality, Governance, and Data Security.I lead a team of architects, engineers and analysts using product management and agile principles, developing our skills in line with industry trends and to meet business requirements.My areas of responsibility include the development of data products, warehouses and associated integrations, ongoing maintenance of a suite containing hundreds of financial reports, regulatory reporting, and the oversight of a Business Intelligence and Reporting Centre of Excellence (CoE) to promote good reporting practice in product development and the PMO. I lead PowerBI administration, on premise report server and cloud service, and am responsible for SSRS, SSIS and SSAS (Iridium) solution development. In addition, I am responsible for the implementation and management of the market leading data virtualisation platform (Denodo) and it's usage in our application development and reporting.

Leading a team of business, data, process and application analysts, I was responsible for developing, maintaining, implementing and improving product operations, application support and data management ways of working and ensuring customers received the best experience possible when interacting with the teams. I coached the use of industry best practice Service Management and Agile methods to shape working practices in an evolving DevOps environment using my experience in SCRUM and ITIL.On a day to day basis I was responsible for the Finance Systems team working Aderant, the Product Operations team supporting In-House developed and third party applications and the Data Management team managing SSRS/SSAS reporting environments while working to build and publish PowerBI dashboards. In addition we undertook various data quality and remediation projects.As Product Manager for our in house entity management system and AgilePoint-based Business Process Management platform for many years I drove changes across the group and acted as consultant on the strategic direction, road maps and vision for our applications.I have performed as Product Owner for Scrum teams on our major product work streams like our fund registration services application and KYC compliance management system, implementing them in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements, internal policies and procedures and applicable security, confidentiality and availability principles such as ISO 27001. These projects involved extensive process analysis and re-engineering work to improve efficiencies and processing times.

As a founding member of the Programme Office I implemented the practice of business analysis and led a team of Business Analysts & Product Owners. My responsibilities included ensuring that the direction taken and work done met high quality standards, ensuring agile principles were applied, and pushing the continued development of the Business Analysis/Product Ownership function in the organisation.Day to day, I acted as lead analyst and Product Owner of the market leading global entity management system and set the direction and functional design of the product throughout its life-cycle. As the original analyst for the product I performed the requirements gathering and elicitation, modelled the original design and worked with the Scrum team through to implementation.I was the Product Owner responsible for the introduction and implementing of the Agilepoint Low-Code/BPM platform and have led the analysis on multiple projects transforming existing business processes to make them more efficient. In addition to providing better reporting capabilities, I reduced the number of variations in processes by over 50% across all corporate service groups and introduced of a fully functional Conflicts application for Fee Earners and Secretaries. I also led the design and implementation of the workflow and task dashboard as a front-end for the engine.In addition, I was Product Owner for a client facing compliance management system that enabled the management of obligations where an entity must prove they are meeting their legislative requirements. I led the creation of this product from initiation and provided extended support post implementation.
