I coached the use of industry best practice Service Management and Agile methods to shape working practices in an evolving DevOps environment using my experience in SCRUM and ITIL.On a day to day basis I was responsible for the Finance Systems team working Aderant, the Product Operations team supporting In-House developed and third party applications and the Data Management team managing SSRS/SSAS reporting environments while working to build and publish PowerBI dashboards.
