ATCO Electric - Transmission Construction:The focus of this position is to manage new on-site construction or modifications to existing transmission line and substation facilities. The scope includes substation construction and commissioning interface aspects of site construction. Included is coordination of all the activities for contract work with an emphasis on safety, project schedule, project cost and project quality. Coordinate project schedule and track progress on a weekly basis, identifying potential problems and determining course of action to maintain schedule. Manage and enhance the construction group’s standards, processes, procedures and QA QC programs.
