I have been studying and working in hydrogeology (groundwater) since 1992. My PhD and post-doctoral research gave me a detailed knowledge of the functioning of the Chalk aquifer of southern and eastern England. During my subsequent work as a consultant hydrogeologist I have successfully tackled a wide range of hydrogeological projects, specialising in groundwater resource assessment and management, groundwater modelling and hydrogeological impact assessment.I have also developed a specialisation in wetland hydrology, and I have been involved in development of techniques for wetland hydrological investigation and monitoring.Specialties: Groundwater resource assessment, wetland hydrology & hydrogeology, groundwater modelling, hydrogeological impact assessment, development of methodological guidance for hydrogeological assessment.
