In my present role I manage the Billing and Benefits service with accountability for over 50 staff and expenditure of over £80m. I have accountability for the following Service Functions: Council Tax Billing, Benefits Assessment, Quality Assurance, Systems and Technical, Fraud and partnership liaison.
