• Extensive experience (15+ years) with 3D CAD Modelling software (Inventor) including modelling concepts, shop drawings for manufacturing, and stress analysis of steel and stainless-steel fabrications.• Excellent Design-for-Manufacture skills (including some experience with LEAN methodologies) and extensive hygienic design experience.• Extensive materials-handling design, in Food Production and Sawmilling industries.• Good materials knowledge, including stainless steel, and some plastics and aluminium.• Good knowledge of fabrication techniques, including machining, sheet-metal fabrication and fitting. Some hands-on experience.• Good ANSYS skills, primarily in Mechanical FEA (Static, Modal) and CFD.• Strong MS Excel skills, including automation (VBA Macros).
