Led the Supply Chain for Engineering & Maintenance and Central Fleet Procurement. Responsible for negotiation and management of major contractual relationships with OEM’s and MRO’s commercially, operationally & regulatory, in excess or $500M value. Directly responsible for half of E&M annual spend of GBP180M pa. Operational delivery achieved with highly outsourced model coupled with in-sourced Fleet Technical Management embracing Lean internal processes.

Roles included Head of Supply Chain (Eastern Hemisphere), Centralised Operations Hub Strategy Manager and Group Global Vendor Development Manager. Led OEM Contract negotiations and was responsible for Cost Centre spends of c $130M pa.

Wide ranging senior responsibilites in SME growing from £3M pa turnover to £9M pa including contracts/people/facilities/sales providing materials and component management services to airlines.

Fulfilled various materials planning/procurement roles following an integrated degree course.
