Rob is a veteran in the consulting and staffing world with more than 20 years experience in the NY Metro area. After several successful years as an Investment Advisor with PaineWebber, Rob himself was recruited into the industry.Rob was hired by an integration and support firm specializing in Accounting Software in New Jersey where he helped build a successful practice supporting GEAC and implementing Oracle, PeopleSoft and Lawson. The company later added a staffing division to support their clients and Rob led this division until 1999 when he returned to Long Island to start a family.For the next few years Rob was the leading account manager for the largest privately held staffing firm in the NYC region. His focus was in the Information Technology Arena where he led the division to their highest success of their 30 year history.In order to provide the level of service he felt his clients deserved, Rob felt he could not do this in his current environment and left to start his own Company LMB Professional Services Inc. in 2003. Since its formation LMB has stayed true to their roots and insured that the client’s needs are always met to the best of our abilities.
