My experience in the IT industry extends over 20 years, all of which are in the health care industry with leading software companies developing hospital and occupational health care software for doctors, hospitals, clinics and corporates alike, nationally and internationally.I'm a key software developer and designer on systems requiring development of clinical interfaces, Medical surveillance, Medical Company Group reports and occupational health care management.Using Delphi, C#, SQL backend programming, Firebird, HTML and ASP.net, this involved working with medical practitioners and experts, harnessing and integrating medical knowledge into IT interfaces. Development involves but is not limited to various audiogram interfaces from national suppliers, respiratory modules, absenteeism and shift development, Executive Athlete medicals, laboratory, pharmacy and stock control interfaces. Other interfaces include those such as manganese surveillance, Client HR imports and database migrations across platforms, HIV and wellness screenings, physical examinations, ECG's, Occupational Health and PHC management along with the creation of dynamic client questionnaires and reports which link to medical surveillance programmes accessing risk exposure.
