An Operations / General Manager with over 20 years experience covering a wide spectrum of the hospitality industry including Stadia, Restaurants, Pubs, Hotels and Retail. The experience that I have gained throughout my career has given me a broad transferrable skill set which can be utilised across a number of different service sectors. Through the implementation of best practice systems I have continually enhanced both stock management and service standards to the benefit of my employer. These actions have been pivotal in not only increasing G.P.’s but also in controlling expenditure. Within my recent roles I have had to build and develop client relationships in order to successfully manage their expectation level, among them the membership of Childwall Golf Club, Everton Football Club, Nikon and high profile clients at Royal Ascot.Additional to the experience shown on my CV I have worked with Forte Hotels as a Duty Manager and also for an independent operator as General Manager of a 15 bedroomed hotel, restaurant and coffee shop over two sites. My operational experience extends to Area Management level and having a significant involvement in new openings and extensive site refurbishments.As an individual I take a meticulous approach to every task that I undertake, fulfilling each task to the best of my ability.
