Health And Safety Consultant, Trainer
Current- Provide safety and health consultation and assessment services that enable organizations to lead, build, develop, implement and check safety culture improvement initiatives.- Authorized OSHA outreach 10-30 General Industry trainer, leadership and communication training per client request. - Provide on-site safety and health consultations for clients' management teams and safety management systems.- Conduct on-site safety audits in general industry settings to establish detailed outlines for management teams.- Train supervisors and employees on OSHA, site-specific and employer safety requirements.- Develop and implement safety procedures through hazard/risk assessments to meet and exceed client's needs.- Coach executives, front line, and safety leadership teams in the understanding and application of key safety management principles, culture changing actions, strategic planning, and execution.
