As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Capital BlueCross, my goals are to consolidate processes and programs internally to maximize Sales and Operations with our Salesforce platform. In addition, I assist with training and communicating new processes with our Sales and Leadership team.

At Capital BlueCross, I am an Account Executive for several Major Market customers, ranging from 500 to 1,500 employees. I work with Brokers, Consultants, and Business Partners to provide benefit strategies and plans that give the best access to care, with the best service available, to contain the 2nd largest cost for Employers.

In 2015, I advanced to Chief Operating Officer, where I was responsible for the oversight and management of all daily operations. I worked with all Client Managers and Broker Partners to obtain client financial and renewal information, provide accurate documentation and set up of all client plans, and consult on all administrative vehicles.
