12 years ago I had no idea what I wanted to do, that all changed once I joined Bose. Finally I had a focus and the drive to achieve a goal and the opportunity to learn the skills that could define me. Within months of joining it was clear I wanted to be a Bose store manager, a big task considering there were only 8 stores in the UK at this time. Five years later I achieved that goal when I opened Bose's 11th store as a store manager.I am a passionate team leader who loves to help people grow. I have developed teams to provide industry leading customer service that has seen customers return to my team time and time again. This inturn has led to new levels of sales performance for the stores I have worked in.Some of my highlights includeAs a demonstration specialist in my first store I always had the highest conversion for premium home theatre products. I loved taking customers on a journey that helped find out their needs, allowing me to sell the correct product to meet those needs.As an assistant manager, I helped create a team that within 11 months of the store opening had become the biggest Bose TV selling store in the world. This was a huge product for the company at the time and we gained recognition for throughout the company.Finally as a store manager, I led a team of my peers to create and implement a sales tracker that increased sales performance in all the store by tracking staff performance more accurately. This helped to identify weakness and celebrate winners. Other skills I have developed to a high standard are :-Performance management, Stock and inventory management, Customer experience delivery, Product demonstration, Customer relationship building, Presenting to groups, Business acumenBose is moving in a new direction which means my time with them is coming to an end.
