Sorting whole pallets in warehouse and distributing them to specific areas. I run my own company which buys and sells cars and bikes. Along side I go into different dealerships and prepare there vehicles and advertise them ready for them to sell.

My day to day roles are BGS are making sure that my forecourt is displayed professional to the customers eye. All the vehicles have to be clean and also make sure they all start incase a customer comes in to view a vehicle. I have to insure that all my vehicles have been photographed and put on the system and they all have to be advertised on eBay. My other roles are to make sure that my sales forecourt is clean from rubbish and looks good to customer that are walking past every day. I also have to buy vehicles to sell from auctions like BCA but also I may have a customers Part exchange. As a sales executive I always ensure that I’m giving a 5* customer service to each one of my customers and make sure I go the extra mile for each and everyone of them.

When I joined Redditch scooter and motorcycle centre they did not have a sales process. I was approached to specialise in a certain brand which is Suzuki motorcycles. But also to set a sales process up to start to sell more bikes. This entails on getting the name of the company out using resources such as social media and also using open days to get people down and know what we are doing. I have to make sure that we have a good amount of stock to meet all certain custom and also make sure that we are very aggressively priced to the market. I also have the job to go out and buy the bikes that I think will sell in the showroom. I have to make sure that there is a profit margin in the metal price of the bike.

My Key roles in the dealership are to make sure all the bikes are priced everyday, and also to make sure there are finance quotes laid out on the bikes for customers. i primarily deal with online customers through contact online, booking demonstrations and getting them in the dealership to look at the bikes. when part exchange vehicles come in I make sure they are all appraised and photograph ready to come into the dealership and be put on auto trader. On top of this, i help the salesman where I can in speaking to customers.

I was a team member at Burger King Hopwood services, I carried out a variety of different jobs, starting from making burgers to going on till to serve customers.

I helped around the motorcycle shop, dealing with customers, changing the showroom around to make it look different for new and previous custom walking through the door. I also had the responsibility of making sure all the bike were spotless so they appealed to customers. Also I had the task of putting the bikes on EBay and updating them accordingly.
