Handle all formal complaints to an acceptable resolution for customers. Create an environment where continuous improvement ideas are discussed and implemented to improve the claims experience for our customers. As a Casualty Bodily Injury Representative, I would meet with injured persons in person to evaluate, negotiate and settle their medical claims on behalf of Nationwide and our members involved in the loss.Leadership: Lead the Nationwide Ambassador Program, which attends University and diverse job fairs to meet with and recruit potential candidates, while increasing the visibility of the company. Lead the Health and Well-being Team in creating health-related activities and raising awareness towards the resources available to associates. Lead the Engagement Team to implement solutions for employees to strengthen office culture and further increase job satisfaction. Performance Management: Charged with leading the process of hiring new associates including reviewing resumes, contacting the candidates selected to be interviewed, conducting interviews, electing the candidates to be hired, and training the newly-employed associates.
