Rob O'Connell worked for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in St. Petersburg Florida for well over 20 years and held operational and quality management positions throughout his career there. Over that same period he has been highly trained in Supply Chain Management, SAP { Systems, Applications & Products } Software Certification, Kronos Workforce and Payroll Management Systems, Master Planning Resources as well as personal development courses like 'Get Motivated' and other Leadership Development programs. In addition Rob was the Team Leader for: 3 New Drug Application projects, Quality Control of sampling blends and Safety Coordinator.Rob is a Certified First Responder for Blood borne Pathogens, CPR and First Aid. In 2013 he joined ASM-PEO as Business Development Manager. ASM PEO is a professional employer organization providing high-quality employee leasing, human resource administration, risk management as well as complete payroll services. With his vast background in company operations, employee safety and project management, Rob can help any business owner to refocus their time, energy, and resources towards increasing their company's bottom line instead of dealing with employee-related matters. Rob serves on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Little League, District 5, where he also serves as that organizations Safety Officer. Rob also supports the American Cancer Society.
