Chief of Staff for EVP - Responsible for the strategy, planning, and executive communications in the Technology and Engineering organization at Charter. Led major strategy and planning initiatives, including preparing the 3 Year Technology Roadmap, ensured alignment across departments, developed comprehensive training and leadership development program, and launched new incubator and innovation program for the company. Responsible for executive and board level presentations and monthly reporting in the Technology Services organization. Support senior leaders with ad-hoc and special projects, organizational alignment and strategy. Identified and implemented continual process improvement across multiple areas, including technology scorecard reporting systems and processes, business analytics, and operations.

Rob led and created the complete operations organization from the ground up. Staffed the management team, support team, and front line teams to build, launch, and ramp the acquisition and support of new subscribers.

With organic growth and strategic acquisitions, WOW! has grown in size to place it in the Top 10 of the largest cable systems in the country, while maintaining a world class customer care experience. Rob held multiple positions at WOW!, including overall responsibilities for residential Customer Care, Service and Sales, as well as Inbound and Outbound Sales and Support activities for Commercial Services across the country. Progressive and continuous increases in levels of responsibility and roles in a growing, award winning organization. Led the launch, ramp, and integration of the Commercial Services Sales and Support teams across two legacy companies, billing systems, and product lineups. Responsible for all front line Sales and Service teams across multiple sites, 600+ agents, Supervisors, and Managers.

Responsible for all back office operations including Finance/Budgeting, Information Technology, Facilities, Telephony Operations, Account Research/Fraud department, Collections, and Resource Management.
