Experienced Associates, LLC (EA) was formed in response to a successful pilot program with Schneider National. Our goal is to fulfill the largest need in the trucking and logistics industry which is finding and hiring experienced CDL truck drivers. The pilot program brought 197 truck drivers with a minimum of 10 years of experience to Schneider National and was successful in comparison to a control group of U.S drivers based on the following metrics: safety (preventable crashes), average miles per week, idling, out of route mileage, and miles per gallon. Our pilot group of drivers completed $20 million more in freight than the control group. The metrics in which the pilot group performed lower than the control group was fuel compliance (instructions on where to fuel) and estimated time of arrival.

Founded and spent 8 years working with Schneider National, Fox Valley Technical College and Indian Hills Community College to plan, coordinate, design and implement a programme to recruit, train, and hire commercial drivers who resided outside the United States. The innovative, highly regarded and successful immigration programme allowed non-US citizen participants to receive educational training in the US while employed as a commercial truck driver. Graduates of the programme returned to their home country with a degree in Entrepreneurship or Business Administration.
