Leading a full Oracle ERP implementation for a large local authority in the UK.

Program managed the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll alongside a time and attendance system from Reflexis. Multiple supplier landscape including offshore teams.

Lead a second Oracle fusion integrated HR and Implementation. A phased implementation across a 70,000+ workforce. Complex multi business landscape and challenging cultural change required to move HR and Payroll processes into the cloud from a heavily customised on premise solution.

Oracle cloud HCM and Payroll implementation. Lead one of the first UK Oracle Cloud Payroll implementions alongisde Oracle Cloud HCM. Fusion modules include Payroll, Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Learn, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Managment, Performance and Goals and Succession Planning.

Delivering a HR Advisory and Admin Outsource and a Payroll Bureau implementation.

Leading a HR BPO and move to shared services. Key activities included a payroll outsource including 5 international locations. Installation of a new new Oracle HR and Payroll system.• Modernising back office processes and support delivery• Implementing a new Oracle System modules included: MSS/ESS Core HR L&D Compensation Workbench OLM• Migrating a devolved HR model into a Shared Service Environment• Employee payroll outsource• International payroll outsource• Partner payment process outsource

Lead a major change transformation across the HR, Payroll and Finance departments to consolidate transactional activities into a shared service centre alongside a huge workforce modernisation process and ERP implementation.Key programme objectives included:• Ensuring change supported the wider strategy modernising frontline policing• Delivering a fit for purpose PMO to embed wide ranging organisational change.• Improved back office efficiency with a targeted headcount reduction of at least 30%. Projects managed included:• New policing model roll out• Business case outlining a saving of £50 million across the HR and Finance departments• Tender process to procure an Oracle ERP system and Outsourcing Partner• Business Process Re-engineering• Embedding successful change• Service Centre Design and implementation• Engagement Strategy and Union negotiations
