As a Support Engineer at TelcoSwitch, I apply my extensive technical skills and knowledge to install, maintain and support the CallSwitch products for our Partners. I have earned multiple certifications from Cisco and Avaya, two of the leading providers of telecom equipment and software, demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in this field. I’m also certified to sell and support Gamma Horizon and Intermedia Unite as well as many other UCaaS/SaaS/CCaaS systems. I have been working in the telecom industry for over 8 years, starting as a Customer Care Professional at Bamboo Technology Group, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, account management, and direct sales. I then transitioned to a Technical Support Engineer role, where I was responsible for the upkeep of systems hardware for all Bamboo customers, as well as ensuring smooth installation and troubleshooting of faults.
