• To accept escalations and perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of Data Centre, Core and Network management systems for enterprise customers on H3C Comware/ HPE Aruba Procurve based solutions.• Collaborate with first level support to assist/mentor with incoming cases. • Liaise with 3rd level and R&D engineering teams to drive for rectification of code or system-based issues required to resolve customer cases in a timely manner.• Perform Remote diagnostics on customer networks when required• Perform customer Case management to provide fast permanent solutions to customer raised issues.

Collaborate with technical leads to define, technology and technical strategy. Collaborate with Development Managers to plan work for their agile team members, supporting and coaching team members to deliver to expectation where required. Lead teams to develop features to expectation of quality and schedule. Champion the effective use of a development or test tool, reporting on issues with its use, and informing the team about new changes to it. Work with QA managers to define test strategy and plans, across the project/release. Accept some QA stories – to ensure consistent quality test case writing and execution – as delegate of PO.

Perform quality assurance testing on software and hardware to be used in a Next Generation Firewall System. Utilising Rally methodology, perform iteration testing of software builds on a new NGFW platform to test for compliance against various network and security standards (RFC’s).!

To support and maintain 3Com IT external and internal facing security systems. To monitor, log, audit and maintain these systems so they are both current and secure and comply with any standards or regulations such as SOX compliance. Evaluate any new vulnerability for possible impact to 3Com as a Business. To process requests from 3Com clients, to review any request to modify 3Com corporate security systems and if necessary work with the client to produce a more secure solution whilst allowing the business to operate b!oth effectively and efficiently.!
