This initiative required me to generate executive buy-in for an innovative technology solution to solve complex business opportunities throughout the organization. I served on a project management team that was collectively responsible for the implementation of enterprise healthcare solutions. My role was to manage and deliver business intelligence capabilities in support of Medicaid solutions.
