Senior manager in negotiating and developing a 45 home subdivision for the Navajo Nation in Navajo NM. Created and oversaw the development of several new self performance construction teams which produced an additional 17% in profitability on the project.Estimated and managed a three man team with the rehabilitation of 33 homes in Pinon AZ for the Navajo Housing Authority. Successfully negotiated a 40% contract increase due to additional owner requirements and unforeseen conditions.Project Manager for the construction of the Whippoorwill and Ganado assisted living centers. Established subcontract agreements and scheduling requirements. Successfully negotiated additional site upgrades and project improvements which provided an additional 8% profit on the Ganado project and 12% on the Whippoorwill project.
