Led CIBC's Market Research department. Provided key stratetegic insight to support the launch of Simplii Financial, CIBC Bank USA and new products/channels. I won Canada's top award in Market Research three times based on leadership in research innovation, integration and design.

Led CIBC's Real Estate and Investment Secured Lending products. Grew revenue through profitable promotions and the development of a pricing model that increased sales and NIAT. Responsible for NIAT of more than $200 million annually. Developed unique adjudication approach adopted by OSFI for all financial institutions.

Led a team of 10 project managers and business consultants to deliver multi-million dollar projects for CIBC Mortgages & Lending, including CIBC's closed variable rate mortgage product. Delivered all projects on time or ahead of schedule, and at or below budget.

Led growth and retention for Personal and Small Corporate Lending products. Personal lending included all personal loans and lines of credit - car loans, consolidation loans. Small Corporate were Business lines and loans up to $1 million, and included specialty lending portfolios such as Indigenous lending, franchise loans, partner capital loans (ex. law.

Led strategy development and initiative planning for CIBC's credit card division, reporting to the EVP. Led the development of long term strategy and the three year project plan to deliver against that strategy. Led cross functional team on delivery of the plan. Developed speeches and presentations for the EVP to provide to CIBC's Board of Directors, Visa.

Led process evaluations and identified opportunities for LOBs across the CIBC Enterprise to improve the Branded Client Experience. Improved the account open process for chequing accounts to reduce the time to open an account by more than 40%. Selected to the development team for CIBC Brand Promise and Enterprise Strategy. Led a team of executives.

Led market share and competitive intelligence on CIBC's proposed merger with TD. Developed a market share model that the Bank of Canada and Statistics Canada said could not be built - alterning the Market Concentration analysis with the Competition Bureau and saving more than $100 million in divesiture costs had the two companies merged.

Led the development of monthly market share reporting to CIBC's Board of Directors. Reduced the process from two weeks to four hours and expanded the reports to include competitive intelligence commentary. Conducted strategic analysis and competitive intelligence for senior executives. Member of strategic teams that evaluated potential acquisition/merger.
