About Rob Rhode

For over seven years, I have been the Human Resources Manager at PalletOne of Wisconsin, Inc., a UFPI Company, a leading manufacturer of pallets and industrial containers. I am responsible for payroll processing, employee recruitment, coaching, and training for their Wisconsin region, using Workforce, TimeTrak, Nucleus, Ultipro, Workday and Clear Company software. I am also certified in OSHA 30 Hour Training for General Industry, and I led the Safety Committee for six years to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.My passion is to create and maintain a positive and diverse work culture, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. I seek employees’ input and ideas to improve retention, satisfaction, and safety, and I assist in lean manufacturing projects to optimize efficiency and quality.
